Jim and Brittany Singleton are passionate about promoting health and wellness for seniors! Focused on keeping people in their home environment while reducing risks of aging. Jim and Brittany relocated to Phoenix from Cincinnati, Ohio. They have four children and four dogs! They reside in north Phoenix and their children go to Sandra Day O'Connor high school.
Kari Kearney is our Lead Fitness Specialist. She has been the foundation of Living Gracefully's fitness program. Kari received her B.S. degree from ASU in exercise science. She enjoys working with people of all ages and feels passionate about encouraging them to live their best life! Kari and her husband live in north Phoenix with their 3 children.
Katherine Shore (Katie) is a licensed Speech Language Pathologist and certified brain injury specialist. She completed her undergraduate and graduate coursework at ASU. Katie is passionate about helping people live their fullstest lives! Katie and her husband live in north Phoenix.
Diana Dyer is a Senior Consultant, and Brittany's mother. She has had an extensive career at FedEx as a global sales executive. She then served the community with healing touch and Reiki. She has a passion for assuring aging not only gracefully, but dignified and with plenty of fun!
Deana Wiest is a Fitness Specialist who has been involved with sports and athletics her entire life. Deana played collegiate basketball in Montana and then turned to CrossFit with a special interest in strength training. She is passionate about getting the best out of people, seeing progress, and celebrating accomplishments. Deana, her husband Brian, and two daughters reside in north Phoenix.
Kelly O'Connor is a Fitness Specialist and a life-long learner she enjoys passing that passion to others. She graduated from USC with a degree in social science and exercise science classes. As a college athlete, she's enjoyed learning how fitness can affect the whole person in a positive way. She resides in Litchfield Park with her husband and two daughters.
MacKenzie (Kenzie) Nielsen is our Activities Director who loves bringing people together while having fun. She enjoys helping others and ultimately, helping people of all ages live their best lives. She was a competitive basketball player all her life, and currently in nursing school at the Arizona College of Nursing.
Kelly Young is a Fitness Specialist with Living Gracefully and a health and beauty print model. She worked as a physical education teacher. She loves encouraging, creating, and teaching fitness to help others accomplish their personal goals. Kelly has two adult children who reside in Oregon and California, both are passionate about health and sports.
Elizabeth Adams is a fitness specialist. A former licensed practicing nurse, along with being a Stotts Pilates instructor, and 30+ years experiences as a swim instructor, Liz has merged her passion of caring and fitness to help people reach their best self. Liz knows everyone has different challenges and fitness goals. Having survived a ruptured brain aneurysm, and years later a stroke because of
